In society we’re taught to hide or minimize emotions that aren’t pleasant or attractive. Growing up, we hear – don’t do that, don’t say that, don’t look at me like that, don’t talk like that. Maybe you were told to lighten up, stop being so emotional all the time – or so sensitive. And/or you were told you’re “too much” – too loud, too intuitive, too demanding, or too needy.
It might go even further into non-verbal communication from someone energetically trying to control and manipulate your beliefs. Maybe you were taught to hide or repress your spiritual or emotional ideas, perspectives and beliefs.
When you’re rejected for any reason, especially in early life and by a parent or partner, a wave of emotions rises within your psyche: Shame, embarrassment, and deep pain. And while one should work through those feelings to understand their root cause and integrate the feelings in the moment as they’re happening, it’s often that one does the exact opposite.
It’s quite common to push those feelings down, repress them, ignore and deny them, lock them up in a tiny box, without realizing that they cannot be repressed or denied forever. When you push your feelings down or compartmentalize them into one corner of your mind or body, you only put a temporary hold on them; they will resurge later, often in an enhanced and more powerful form, and in ways that can be destructive to you and others.
Your shadow is the collected mass of pain, shame, and sorrow and it has a voice, a way of being in the world, and an energetic frequency which equals your SHADOW CODE. Your Shadow Code, emitting the frequency from the suppressed emotions home base, creates a distorted reality not only for yourself - because you lose touch with the Real you, your Soul and the Light of Truth that wants to flow through you.
If left anchored in your subconscious, and hidden in the deep recesses of your mind and body, you’ll be lost forever...Judging yourself based on how you perceive others thinking of you...Comparing yourself to others...Or feeling desperately conflicted when it comes to any form of confrontation.
The Shadow Codes can be passed down genealogically and also take generations to reconcile if not cleared properly. That’s why I’m using Metatron’s Cube to support clearing the Shadow Codes and Igniting the Light Codes within your mind and body so that you can Express Your Divine Voice.
I wasn’t always able to speak my Truth from my heart. I hated my voice - “too high -- squeaky little voice” my dad would say - “speak up, I can’t hear you!”
But I learned to address the Shadow Codes that had plagued me my whole life - they lived within my structural energetic anatomy - the Central Channel, Chakras, Meridians and Auric field. They were hidden in the ‘shadows’ of my being so that I wouldn’t have to address them and feel the emotions that went along with them.
But now, I’m no longer haunted by those hidden energies, I’m Free, Alive, and in Full Self-Expression. I can hear my Higher Self voice and the Divine expressing the light of Truth through me and that’s what I want for you too!
I’ve discovered what happens energetically in a moment of verbal and emotional suppression because I asked the question - What is really occurring and WHO within you is negotiating and monitoring what you express?
The Shadow Codes take root in each generation and are passed down like a ‘tap root’ that gets stronger as it goes down the ancestral timeline into your personal timeline ...making it almost impossible to uproot. But when you find the tap root, pull it out of your timeline and m-field and then follow it to the shadow boxes it’s created within your body, mind and being - you unlock the shadow box, open it and clear the Shadow Codes that are keeping the emotions suppressed, the mental patterns in play and the paradigm of acting out in a manner other than your True Self.
You carry your shadow coded energy everywhere you go, and for some people it’s like traveling with massive suitcases stuffed to the brim with massive overly-stuffed boxes with unacknowledged emotions. Wouldn’t you like to drop those heavy boxes and let them go forever?
It’s time to move from that place of monitoring your Whole Truth or not expressing at all, to a place of Full Self-Expression
